Mexmash LLC was founded in 1982 as a structural division of the Vostok research and production association, located in Namangan, Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1977, the experimental plant was transformed into the Namangan Mechanization and Automation Equipment Plant. In 1995, by order of the Namangan Regional State Property Committee, the enterprise began operating as Mexmash OJSC. At the end of 2003, the company was privatized, and in 2016 it was transformed into Mexmash LLC.
Thanks to government measures to support entrepreneurship, the enterprise carried out large-scale modernization of its production and technical base. As a result, modern equipment was installed and production of new types of products began. One such project was the organization of flat steel pipe production in 2009. Currently, the enterprise produces over one hundred types of flat steel pipes of various diameters and thicknesses — round, rectangular, square, and oval cross-sections.
Since 2015, production of modern screws and self-tapping screws for attaching drywall to metal profiles has been established. These screws allow fastening wood, plastic, and metal boards without pre-drilling. Currently, the screw production complex is equipped with Taiwanese full-cycle equipment, enabling the production of a wide range of high-quality products.
Additionally, the company manufactures, installs, and commissions automated industrial greenhouse complexes and equipment for breeding beneficial insects (braconid wasps, trichogramma, and lacewings).
Today, the company employs over 200 people. The factory area covers 6.84 hectares, with more than a third being production space. In 2010, the company obtained the ISO 9001 quality management system standard certificate, thanks to the extensive work of management and specialists in improving quality management systems.
Currently, modernization of production lines and equipment continues, as well as reconstruction of buildings and structures. The company's management is focused on improving working conditions, enhancing service systems, and increasing incentives for continuous production of quality products.
